Week 20 !!!!! Where has the time gone? I was on such a good roll in January, the nicer weather is slowly moving in, I DON'T want to sew. I have a thousand wants, but no energy to sew. I did start 2 more flowers for my Grandmother Flower Quilt.
So my numbers for this week:
Fabric Added this week: 2.5 yards
Fabric added to date: 20 yards
Fabric used this week: 0 yards
Fabric used year to date: 17.5 yards
Net fabric year to date: .5 yards

With the nicer weather, and no insperation, I have been there.... Okay, right now, I am still waiting for the nicer weather - but I have had times where I don't sew for weeks.... and that is why I made myself a promise to sew minimum 20 minutes a day!! that might help!! Or just let yourself have this time off. Also, one thing I LOVE! to do is sew outside!! yes, ironing board and all!! I love that. It's soooo nice and fun. gotta have fun!! So, don't worry about your not wanting to sew, go with and do something else you enjoy. the sewing will come back, and when it does, you'll be ready!!
Well, at least you're not adding a lot of fabric -- my goal is just to be using more than I'm bring in and I've been on a spree the last few months. Luckily I've used about 100 yards so far too.
summer doesn't last long enough, you gotta make the most of it!
